I am Thea Kolasa.
I am a PhD Candidate in Finance at the University of Zurich and the Swiss Finance Institute. My research focuses on sustainable finance, corporate finance, and development finance.
My supervisors are Steven Ongena and Zacharias Sautner. During my PhD, I visited Columbia University, where I was hosted by Caroline Flammer, as well as Norges Bank, where I was hosted by Emilia Garcia-Appendini.
I will be on the 2026/2027 job market.
